Masquerade Masks – From Our Studio to Your Home
From design to despatch, our studio to your home, this, (in a nutshell!), is how we get your masquerade masks to you quickly and safely……
At the very beginning, the design process begins with an idea, followed by an extensive search for the right delicious components required to turn the idea into a beautiful masquerade mask proudly handmade in the UK and shipped off to you lovely lot pretty much anywhere in the world…
Roses and genuine Nottingham Lace are used on many masquerade mask designs…
Lots of searching online and ringing round our carefully chosen, and mostly local, suppliers is the order of the day at this stage, we always try and buy from UK companies if possible, and we sigh a little bit when we can’t..
When the materials arrive (usually to a sigh of excitement!), Samantha begins to piece the designs together until, several prototypes later, they are ready to be made up for sale on the website….
Beth and Emily delicately make up the finished masquerade masks by hand, which are then stored in air-tight boxes.
The stock numbers are added to the “back end” of the website so we only ever have items that are in stock for sale on the website, and the masks are now ready for sale.
When an order is received it is processed by Martin, and then carefully wrapped by Emily, ready for despatch. All items are carefully checked before they are wrapped, to ensure they leave our studio in the finest possible condition.
If the order is received before 2pm it is despatched that same day, so you never have to wait long for your gorgeous Samantha Peach Masquerade Masks to arrive in the post!
